A well established Insurance firm in NE Broward is experiencing growth and is looking for a Customer Service Representative (440 license required or 220 license).

Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will get acclimated with servicing individuals and account management, an imperative part of maintaining relationships with our costumers.
Job Duties:
Receive and respond to customer inquires
Respond to calls from customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Ability to cross-sell products
Perform very basic troubleshooting of customer problems over the telephone.

Skills:
220 or 440 Insurance license
Bilingual/multilingual is a plus (English, Haitian Kreyol, Portuguese, or Spanish) Helpful
Excellent customer Service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills–both in person and via telephone
Hours:
Full time and Part time available
9am-5pm with Saturday bi-weekly
