Chaisteli Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency with offices in Davie and Boca Raton, FL. We specialize in insurance for your home, condo, auto, business, workers compensation, boat, flood and life.

How you will be expected to spend your time
• Build relationships with potential clients from referrals, networking and marketing.
• Help individuals and families protect themselves and their loved ones through one of our insurance products.
• Have comfort, cultural humility and respect in identifying the insurance needs of clients from diverse backgrounds (e.g., race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation,
religion, preferred language, socio-economic status, education, etc.)
• Be detail orientated and organized to prevent inaccuracies, reduce mistakes and comply with insurance regulations.
• Document all your accounts and activities so that if you are on PTO (or if you win the lotto!) a team member can still help our clients.
• Have a growth mindset as there is always something to learn and improve on.

Compensation
• Compensation: To be Discussed but Normally between $36,000 – $75,000 /year Depending on your sales and experience.
• Additional Bonus for both production and renewals ~ to be determined by type of role
• Incentives for cross-sell opportunities
• The rate will be commensurate with experience, skills, and pay equity.

The qualifications you need
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Florida Insurance License. Either Agent 220 License, 20-44 or 440
• If you are not licensed, you must plan to obtain your license within 3 months of hiring.

The knowledge, skills and attitudes you will need

• Be a good talker and stronger listener: Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present information in an engaging and concise manner to diverse
clients. If you worked in food service, retail or customer service, you know how to connect with others while doing your job.
• Comfortable with technology: Computer proficiency and skilled in technology with the ability to learn new systems. Advanced proficiency using Excel and other interactive
tools. Knowledge of management systems such as QQ Catalyst, Webrater, Quote rush to name a few. We regularly use Zoom.
• Have a growth mindset: Ability to learn, grow and develop with an open mind. We welcome new ideas and innovation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. It’s the
opposite of “but we’ve always done it that way!”
• Bet on Yourself: Ability to bet on yourself to earn multiple methods of income because you believe in your greatness and the value you offer our clients.

Primary Location
Davie, Boca Raton, Florida and Remote

Schedule
We provide insurance solutions: Monday – Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm EST. No weekends
