We generate all inbound calls through our nationwide TV commercials and offer a fun, supportive and positively engaging work environment. Our celebrity endorsed TV commercials keep your our phones ringing! Additionally, to keep your phone ringing, we will get you appointed with 5 – 6 carriers and we pay to license you in 26 states!

This is an onsite position located at one of our call centers in either Tampa, Orlando, Ft Lauderdale or Pt St Lucie, FL. This is not a remote position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

What You’ll Do: Help Medicare eligible seniors enroll in a health plan. Answer incoming calls and connect individuals with Medicare products that fit their needs. Guide customers through Medicare product selection and the application process via inbound leads provided to the sales agent. Utilize a consultative sales approach with the assistance of industry leading technology. Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products. Effectively sell and close sales, ensuring 100% customer happiness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Active Florida Health Insurance Sales License: 2-40 or 2-15
One plus year sales experience preferred
Prior experience in a performance driven environment, sales, or over-the-phone type environment preferred
Able to multi-task in multiple software systems
