Wholesale Account Executive : Inside Sales

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Account Executive for Mortgage Lender is responsible for managing the wholesale lending relationships with brokers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and generating new business through prospecting and building relationships. The Wholesale Account Executive works to increase market share by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers to help them close loans. They also work to maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers in assigned territory.
  • Prospect for new business through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Conduct sales presentations to mortgage brokers, educating them on the benefits of working with the company.
  • Manage the loan pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate loan submission, processing, and closing.
  • Provide support to brokers throughout the loan process, answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news to identify new business opportunities.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers.
  • Knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
