Administrative Assistant

You will be working in a busy property management office assisting in the management of residential real estate assets. This position requires book keeping and time management skills. Knowledge of Rent Manager software a plus. Previous real estate experience and real estate license preferred. Daily duties include tenant communication, receiving and entering rents, scheduling repairs, basic book keeping, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner. This is a part time position 25 hours per week at $15 per hour plus bonus pay.
