Responsibilities:
Take a consultative approach to determine clients needs and objectives
Follow our proven sales process model
A proactive approach to sales-related activities including outreach, client communication, and nurturing relationships
Manage and update CRM to track clients through the sales process
Commitment to attaining or exceeding monthly sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:
Active Florida Real Estate License or pursuing required
Minimum of 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Highly motivated and eager to learn, get better all the time (you are coachable)
Thrive in collaborative team culture while remaining self-motivated and resourceful (you like being part of a team but hold yourself accountable)
Comfortable making “the ask” and hearing “no”
Results-oriented and a stronger closer (you’re committed to getting the job done)
Confident in oral communication skills over video (this means you can talk to people)
Unquestioned integrity and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers, and the company
