Client Representation: Must work on behalf of your clients, whether they are buyers, sellers, or renters.

Property Listing and Promotion: You will assist sellers in preparing and listing their properties for sale. This involves conducting market analysis to determine an appropriate listing price, coordinating professional photography, creating property listings, and marketing the property through various channels, such as online listings, social media, and networking.

Property Search and Showings: When working with buyers or renters, you will help them search for suitable properties based on their criteria. You will utilize your knowledge of the local real estate market and access to listing databases to identify potential properties.

Negotiation: This includes price negotiations, contract contingencies, and other relevant terms of the transaction.

Transaction Management: Ensure that all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met, and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary assessments. Work closely with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth closing.

Market Research and Trends: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, including property values, mortgage rates, zoning regulations, and other factors that may impact your clients’ transactions. Use this knowledge to provide informed advice and recommendations to your clients.

Continuing Education: Complete continuing education courses to stay updated on changes in real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
