CAM licensees are required to complete 15 hours of state-approved continuing education courses prior to the expiration of their license on September 30, 2026.
HOA-CAM licensees are required to complete 17 hours of state-approved continuing education courses prior to the expiration of their license on September 30, 2026. At least 5 hours should be related to homeowners’ associations, 3 of which must be related to recordkeeping.
Continuing education can be achieved through classroom, livestream, online, and correspondence courses.

A licensee initially licensed within the current renewal period (October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2026) is exempt from the current continuing education requirements until the end of the next renewal cycle.
Effective July 1, 2024, a licensee is exempt from current continuing education requirements if they meet all the following criteria: they hold an active license, have held their license continuously for at least 10 years, and no discipline has been imposed against the license.
