The Real Estate Instructor continuing education requirements have been updated. Instructors are now required to complete a 4-hour Instructional Techniques course in addition to 3 hours of Core Law. Below you will find a schedule of upcoming 4-hour Instructor Techniques courses needed to meet this new FREC requirement for Florida Real Estate Instructors. *This course is not approved for Appraisal Instructor Continuing Education
