- Step 3: Click on “Secure Checkout” and purchase your course.

then click on “My Dashboard” and follow prompts. - Step 5: Select 14-hour Real Estate CE Exam and follow instructions.
Gold Coast staff will handle all of the necessary reporting of your education to the state. All that is left for you to do is to pay your license renewal fee to the DBPR by visiting http://www.myfloridalicense.com and accessing your account
