I’m extremely busy and willing to train someone that is serious about becoming a State Certified Appraiser. I have been doing this for almost 19 years now, so I know what I’m doing. You can start immediately and I will give you the fast tract. To begin it will be a lot of inspections(of which I will train you to do), but I can also spend a lot of time with you in my home office to teach things like proper research and of course typing the report properly. After that, you get paid when I get paid (usually 2 – 4 weeks after the report is completed). You will be responsible to supply me with the proper state forms to give you the proper credit for your work. This is also a W2 situation so taxes taken out you will have to do.
