I’m extremely busy and willing to train someone that is serious about becoming a State Certified Appraiser. I have been doing this for almost 19 years now, so I know what I’m doing. You can start immediately and I will give you the fast tract. To begin it will be a lot of inspections(of which I will train you to do), but I can also spend a lot of time with you in my home office to teach things like proper research and of course typing the report properly. It can be part time or full time. I’m looking for FULL time mostly (you did get your Trainee license for a reason, right?). Please don’t text me or e-mail me, just call me at 954-851-2254 cell. My coverage area: All of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. If money isn’t good for you right now, I can pay you once a week in cash for the couple of weeks. After that, you get paid when I get paid (usually 2 – 4 weeks after the report is completed). You will be responsible to supply me with the proper state forms to give you the proper credit for your work. This is also a W2 situation so taxes taken out you will have to do.
