We are looking to hire a CAM. No experience necessary, for a small building: 23 units.
Requirements:
1. No experience necessary.
2. Able to do all required as CAM, with the help of knowledgeable and involved Board of Directors.
3. Manager must answer the phone during working hours.
4. Manager must be able to do his/her job with minimal prompting from the board.
5. Building is fully insured and certified. Manager must be able to keep insurance and re-certifications up to date.
