Licensed CAM to manage a portfolio of Associations.

Ideal position for a recently licensed person wanting to develop his/her career.

The candidate will be a responsible, reliable, team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Must possess strong administrative skills and be detail oriented, organized and comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time.


Strong business understanding and familiarity with association financial statements.
Excellent computer skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, oral and written in English and Spanish
Problem resolution skills.
Knowledge of onsite maintenance requirements, including dealing with vendors and contractors.
Fast learner with outstanding organization and administrative skills and experience in a fast paced office setting.
Flexibility with respect to hours, attend evening board meetings as required.


Manage the associations in a cost effective manner and in accordance with with established policies Execute and handle priorities of each association, including positive customer relations with board members, committees, owners and vendors.
Prepare board meeting documents and attend monthly board meetings
Review monthly financial data in accordance with budgeted guidelines and write monthly report to include in monthly board meeting packets.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
Announce, organize and attend the annual and budget meetings.
Arrange and obtain bids, negotiate contracts and manage projects and activities.
Research and compilation of data and preparation of reports
Perform frequent onsite inspections to detect and monitor violations and potential liability risks
Investigate resident disturbances, violations and complaints. Resolve problems.
Manage maintenance, janitorial and security staff to ensure that the communities are fully operational, safe, clean and attractive.
