An Account Executive with Brightway Insurance, the Ryan Collins Agency, is responsible for the following:

Sourcing new business partners through targeted business-to-business relationship development.
Growing a client base from “zero” to “thousands” by networking, meeting new connections, and providing world-class service.
Being an expert adviser for our clients on selection of insurance products.

Requirements:

Must have a desire to meet new people and grow a network.
A passion to be the best. A competitive nature is required.
This place moves fast. We need people who want to move fast with us.
Must be computer literate.
Being a team player is absolutely necessary.
Must have a 220 or 20-44 Insurance License -OR-
If not licensed, must be enrolled in 20-44 licensing course and meet the following criteria, per the State of Florida:
A natural person at least 18 years of age.
A resident of the state of Florida.
A United States citizen or legal alien who possesses a work authorization from the United States Immigration and Naturalization Services. [Click here for more information] Not hold a resident license in another state.
Nice to have:

A 4-year degree is preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
Experience selling Homeowners Insurance in Florida
A network in the mortgage/real estate industry is a plus!
Experience in a service environment (could be any service environment).
