CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Answer phones and greet clients and new business prospects
• Take quote information, prepare new business applications and present competitive options
• Service policies, assist with policy rewrites, non-renewals, cancellations requests and inquires
• Utilize agency tools and keep them clean and up-to-date
• Maintain client records
• Coordinate and communicate with insurance company underwriting, billing, and customer service departments

Basic Qualifications/Skills:
• Proficient computer skills and touch typing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time
