We are looking for a talented and well-connected Independent Salesperson to sell commercial insurance to small and medium sized businesses. This is a commission-only position with no cap on your potential earnings. You also will earn residual income for every client who renews. We will provide you with product training and full support. Protected territories are available. We pay weekly.
The right candidate should make well over $100-150k the first year with our proven strategy.

Qualified candidates should be able to prove they meet the following qualifications;
– Ability to complete and become a Licensed 440 Representative within one week of employment.
-Proven sales success with more than 2 years B2B sales experience
– Ability to be self-motivated – Existing Customer Network
– Ability to cover the South Florida Market (Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties)
– Knowledge of Commercial Insurance a Plus but Not a Must
– Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
– Professional demeanor and selling style.
– Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, account development, and time and territory management.
– Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
– Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
– Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
– Excellent listening skills.
– Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
– University or college degree is a plus.
– Know How to Manage a Sales Pipeline
– Former business owner or operator is a plus
– Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus.

You will develop leads and sales through your contacts and by actively contacting businesses in your area. Physical visits to local businesses is a key component of our sales process. It is important that you build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth. Our team of in-house appointment setters will help you fill your schedule by setting up meetings with decision makers and business owners.
You will NOT need to prepare presentations, proposals, nor contracts. Our team handles all the quoting and customer service. You will only need to sell and follow up with clients regularly to see how else we can help them to thrive.
We have a simple sales process for you to follow and will train you in it. We will provide you all of the necessary tools including online and print presentations, a powerful CRM software, and on-going training. Orders are taken online or in person and clients can sign the contract electronically or in print.
