Sales Support/ Appointment Setter

The Sales Support / Appointment Setter role provides assistance to the sales department. They will perform several duties primarily consisting of making outbound calls to generate and/or qualify leads for the Sales Agents and conducting welcome calls for new customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound Calls to Warm and Cold Lead Lists to generate/qualify lead information.
• Data Entry of lead information into CRM/Policy Management Systems
• Welcome Calls for new customers
• Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Should have an excellent verbal and in writing skills; the ability to speak and communicate well with customers and the general public.
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, as well as a positive professional relationship with co-workers and managers.
• Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Including Excel) and other related software. Salesforce knowledge is a plus!
• Detail Oriented.
• Bilingual is a plus.
