As the Reverse Mortgage Manager, I’m personally looking to grow our origination team with individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and want to be part of something bigger. What You’ll Do:
– Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, and non-QM products
– Manage the full loan process from application to close with the support of our in-house operations team
– Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships (realtors, brokers, financial advisors)
– Educate borrowers and ensure a smooth, transparent client experience
– Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Who We’re Looking For:
– Licensed MLO with NMLS credentials (required)
– 1+ year of mortgage origination experience preferred (open to ambitious newcomers)
– Excellent communication and client relationship skills
– Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
– Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
– Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
