• Managed all aspects of quality loan origination
• Interview clients and gather information as it pertains to their financial situation, needs and goals
• Analyze income, bank statements and taxes to ensure proper qualifying
• Educate borrowers on programs available, debts to pay off, down payment and closing costs
• Effectively overcome concerns and objections to gain customers trust and commitment
• Solicit, establish, and maintain strong relationships with builders and realtors
• Organized meetings with prospective buyers, make phone calls and send out information via email
• Knowledge of FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA guidelines
• Excellent communications skills both verbally and written in English as well as Spanish
• Must be licensed
• No Experience Necessary – in house training provided
• Compensation commensurate with experience
