To be successful in this role you will not only prospect and engage new business opportunities, but also build and retain relationships with potential and existing clients/customers.

What you’ll be doing:
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker, agent and homeowner accounts
Training and educating brokers on SellWhenever’s Loyalty Program, services, products, guidelines and processes (no licensing required)
Acting as your clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions
Championing your brokers and striving to make every opportunity a success story
Building and managing a strong pipeline of leads to meet and exceed sales goals
Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline
Directly manage full sales cycle from lead generation and prospect creation, to deal closure
Follow-up and assist homebuyers/homeowners (both directly and in coordination with agents) to offer our product and finalize their transaction
Indirectly manage Business Development Representative(s) to supplement prospect creation and develop targeted account lists
Events, trade-shows, and territory visits
Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with your internal team to provide the best customer experience
Mentor new hires and provide feedback to improve sales processes
Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate

What You’ll Need:
The position requires an active real estate license. Highly-qualified candidates who do not have an active real estate license will be given 45 days to obtain their license, with company sponsorship available.
Proven success in building business relationships
Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face-to-face
Proficiency with technology including G Suite, CRM’s and the ability to multi-task – experience with Salesforce is preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to take accountability
1-3 years’ experience successfully selling in either real estate or SaaS organizations
A history of consistently over-achieving quota in highly competitive markets
History of success in a fast-paced sales and/or startup environments
Have a passion for selling and a true “hunter” mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to embrace change, growth and the fun of a start-up environment

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission + Benefits
