Good opportunity for Real Estate agents looking for permanent job!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Prepare sales contracts, follow up on them through all stages until closing.
* Review the closing statement with title company
* List properties on MLS
* Follow up with the HOA on sales approvals.
* Handle Utilities
* Review Rental offers, prepare leasing documents, Follow through the all stages until rented.
* General office duties (filing; faxing; scanning; copying; e-mail correspondence)

The ideal candidate should also have the following:
• Understanding of all phases of a Sale’s and leasing contract is a MUST
• Certified Public Notary
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good computer skills (Internet; Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and office management
• An easy going, friendly personality that can handle all types of personalities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (subject to change based on experience)

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
