Qualifications
Real Estate License and experience in Real Estate and Sales
Excellent customer service skills, professional and team-oriented disposition
Ability to effectively communicate and network to create relationships with associating professionals
Ability to work under pressure and quickly respond to changing market trends and client demands
Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and real property management, including property values and negotiations
Experience with real estate technology such as CRMs, online marketing tools, and MLS platforms
Proficiency in M Office Suite, Social Media platforms, and Adobe Acrobat In-Design a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
