Yes, OnCourse Learning provides MLO pre-license courses that are NMLS-approved and meet the education requirements for new mortgage loan originators. 

The MLO pre-license course is 20 hours long. Most students complete it within one to two weeks, depending on their schedule and pace. 

For ongoing education or out-of-state licensing, OnCourse Learning offers a full range of mortgage courses and CE options nationwide. 

The course includes federal and state mortgage laws, mortgage loan products, loan application processes, ethics, and Florida-specific licensing requirements. It prepares you for the SAFE MLO exam. 

You must complete pre-licensing courses within 12 months from the date of your course purchase. If you are unable to do so, you will lose access to the course and be required to re-purchase the course at OnCourse Learning. 

You must complete your course by December 31 of the year of course purchase (ex. Purchased in March 2025, must complete by December 31, 2025). If you are unable to complete in your calendar year, you will be required to purchase a comparable Late CE course from OnCourse Learning to remain compliant with the NMLS.
