The AI-Powered Construction Estimating & Bidding certification course is a 2-day live virtual intensive designed to modernize how contractors estimate, bid, and present proposals. Participants learn how to apply generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging technologies) to the full estimating lifecycle-plan analysis, quantity takeoffs, cost calculations, proposals, and quality control-without relying on expensive enterprise software.
The program is highly practical and implementation-focused. Contractors leave with a complete AI prompt library, estimating workflows, cost sheet templates, and proposal frameworks they can use immediately. Optional 1:1 implementation support is available for contractors who want hands-on guidance applying AI workflows to their actual projects.
