What You Need to Know: Florida Sales Associate Post-license Requirement

In the state of Florida, all real estate agents / sales associates are required to complete a 45-hour Sales Associate Post-license course within 18-24 months of obtaining their license.  Failing to complete this requirement will result in your sales associate license becoming null and void.
