The enforcement of a new, mandatory 3-hour Business Ethics course as part of the 14-hour continuing education requirement for renewing a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker’s license is in effect. All Sales Associates and Brokers must fulfill this requirement as of September 30th, 2017.

Online 3-hour Real Estate Business Ethics Course:
The online 3-hour Business Ethics continuing education course enables you to meet your mandatory requirement in a convenient online format. Tuition is only $15. You will receive a pass slip and a certificate of completion upon passing this course. Additionally, our staff will automatically report your completion record to the state on your behalf.
