14-Hour Continuing Education Course

3-Hour Core Law
Florida real estate Sales Associates and Brokers are required to complete 3 hours of Core Law education as part of the mandatory 14-hour continuing education requirement.

4-Hour Instructor Continuing Education
The Real Estate Instructor continuing education requirements have been updated. Instructors are now required to complete a 4-hour Instructional Techniques course in addition to 3 hours of Core Law.
28-Hour Reactivation
If your real estate license has been involuntarily inactive for more than 12 months but less than 24 months you can reactivate your license by taking our 28-hour Reactivation course.
