Parssi & Associates, PL is seeking a Certified Building Inspector with a minimum of 5 years of experience to perform mechanical, plumbing, and electrical inspections.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active State of Florida Standard Inspector Certification under the Provisions of Chapter 468 F.S. required.
- Capable of independently performing inspection activities.
- Conduct inspections of alterations, repairs, or new construction and be familiar with the Florida Building Codes.
- Record and document all inspections, prepare inspection reports, and submit them to our office.
- Inspector must be competent in reading and interpreting blueprints/plans, specifications, codes, and standards and be able to communicate in English.
Salary: Inspectors: $30 – $36 Hourly
The starting salary is negotiable dependent upon qualifications.
