Miami Property Management Company seeking a Journeyman Plumber to help manage 200 apartments in Coral Gables, FL
Responsibilities of a Journeyman Plumber:
Locating water and HVAC leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage.
Repairing or replacing structures or parts of structures in water and HVAC systems to resolve problems.
Installing pipes, gutters, and necessary fixtures to guarantee proper drainage.
Assuring that structures are in excellent operating order at the end of each project.
Consultation with clients to discover and resolve any other issues with their water and HVAC systems.
Advising clients on proper water and HVAC system maintenance.
Requirements:
completion of a suitable formal training program or apprenticeship.
You must be licensed to operate as a Journeyman Plumber.
Knowledge of all necessary procedures and tools required to carry out your job.
