We are Floridian Appraisers. A fully licensed and insured real estate appraisal company, located in Miami Beach, celebrating our 20th year in business. We are looking for a bright, driven, and savvy Appraiser Apprentice/ Assistant for part time work (potential to full time) under Howard F. Jackson, a MAI Certified General Appraiser.
Requirements:
• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
• Must have completed or be willing to take real estate appraisal courses
• Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire confidence in senior leadership
Responsibilities:
• Writing commercial and residential appraisals
• Maintaining good relations with clients
• Focusing on the new development project
• Marketing and advertising for the company
• Sending out mailings
• Updating database and appraisal approval list with client banks
• Researching neighborhoods and cities, and conducting ad-hoc research
• Conducting market surveys for forecasting purposes
• Developing new market opportunities for the firm
• Assisting the principal in day-to-day operations
Training will be provided.
