Growing Property Management Company located in Boca Raton, Florida is looking for part time (20 Hours) Assistant. Ideal candidate must possess effective verbal and written skills to communicate with Board members, residents and owners, they must be able to multitask with attention to detail and have good organizational skills. They should demonstrate an ability to adjust to changing circumstances as well as to take direction positively. Position requires proficient computer skills and knowledge of TOPS and Microsoft programs a plus. Duties will include but are not limited to performing administrative tasks, including emails, filing, phone calls, transcribing meeting minutes, etc., working with Manager to produce reports, draft and mail letters, solicit bids, submit work orders, received and process applications. Assistants will be expected to adhere to the highest standards of performance by listening attentively to questions and comments and always behaving in a professional and composed demeanor under all circumstances. We are looking for a Team Player that is willing to embrace the Company’s culture, philosophy and goals and while following all Company policies.
