Phoenix Associated, LLC is a hybrid, boutique Property Management Company that specializes in providing a hands on pro-active approach to Association Management for condominiums, co-ops and HOAs as well as Project Coordination is looking for an Administrative Assistant with condominium experience. This is the perfect position for someone wishing to learn property management from trained LCAMs.
The position is full time, in Hollywood. We require someone with excellent people skills to communicate with and help condominium owners and residents, MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), organization of office files, email blast, secure proper licenses and insurance for contractors and vendors, monitors compliance with Rules and Regulations, prepare mailings, etc.
This position will provide the job training; learn as you study on the job as an Administrative Assistant.
