Must be familiar with QuickBooks, doing monthly financial reconciliations, profit and loss/balance sheets and end of the year reports. able to set up a payment platform for owners, process payments, and maintain owner ledgers on a monthly basis. must be able to handle violations and meetings with owners as necessary.
