CAM Job Position Available in Panama City Beach, FL
Endless Summer is a family friendly, low-rise condo complex located on the west end of Panama City Beach approximately two miles west of Hwy 79. The 122-unit complex is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. All units at Endless Summer are individually owned, and the owners’ association is not a rental management company. The complex has two pools, a hot tub, shuffle board court, laundry facilities, and a club house. www.endlesssummer.com
Job Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; a valid US driver’s license; a current Florida CAM license; and, one year of successful experience as a CAM. Physical requirements include the ability to walk the property daily, navigate stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds. The work week is Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with paid days off and a paid holiday schedule. Salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 and is based on education and experience.
