Community Association Manager (LCAM required) – Condo. Association In Palm Springs, FL

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Association Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Condominium Associations and resident interaction and will be responsible for managing community operations and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

Duties

– Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and community members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
– Work with the Board to ensue the day-to-day responsibilities are carried out.
– Utilize software for property management tasks, including tracking work orders and managing owner information.
– Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and communication skills while interacting with residents, vendors, and board members.
– Complete property inspections and supervise and coordinate on-site personnel.
– Collaborate with the personnel to ensure that all community areas are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
– Procure bids and oversee vendors for relavanet projects in coordination with he Assocaition’s budget.
– Meet residents’ needs, prepare correspondence, and document enforcement.

Requirements

– Must be a Licensed CAM.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with residents and vendors.
– Familiarity with Enumerate or similar property management software is an advantage.
– Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property management is a plus.
– Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
– Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing resident satisfaction.
