Vista CAM is growing! We are actively seeking two Licensed Community Association Managers for portfolio management within the Seminole and Orange County areas.
The responsibilities include:
Manage associations within your portfolio in accordance with the management agreement.
Knowledge and adherance to Florida Statutes.
Attend Board Meetings in accordance with the management agreement.
Communicate with the Board members as well as teammates on projects and events within the community.
Reach out to Vendors for bids for recurring services as well as for special projects and present to Board.
Other duties as assigned.
Our ideal candidate should have the following:
Valid CAM license in state of Florida.
Strong work ethic – attendance, punctuality and performance.
Effective communication skills.
Positive Daily attitude.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Minimum of 1 – 3 years industry experience preferred.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Vista CAM offers paid holidays, paid time off, 401k and dental/vision. We will train newly licensed for the right person.
