Superintendant

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage daily on-site activities, ensure project milestones are met on time, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and project teams. Some estimating experience is preferred. Basic familiarity with building codes expected. Licensing not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site operations, including scheduling, planning, and overseeing daily activities.
• Maintain project timeline and budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
• Enforce all safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitor quality of work and materials, addressing any issues promptly to meet company standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Estimate cost of proposed projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and safety guidelines.
