Mayfair Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for a Field Property Inspector to oversee maintenance for a portfolio of apartment buildings located in Palm Beach County (West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Lantana, Delray Beach, etc).
You’ll join a supportive, easy-to-work-with group that values reliability and helps each other succeed. You will not perform maintenance yourself (although being handy for small repairs is a plus!), but will coordinate maintenance requests from our tenants with our vendors. If you enjoy being out in the field, solving problems, and keeping properties in top shape, we’d love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Do
Inspect residential properties (move-in, move-out, annual, exterior, etc)
Take photos, complete reports, and update maintenance requests in Buildium
Communicate with vendors to action maintenance requests, verify work completion and quality standards
You will NOT handle admin work such as lease signature or collections for tenants; this position is focused on INSPECTIONS and field work
Deliver notices, change locks, and other tasks to support our operations
Communicate with property managers, service coordinators to keep them up to date regarding field operations
What You’ll Need
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Experience or educational training in property inspections, maintenance, vendor coordination, or insurance adjusting
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and organized (Experience with Buildium or similar property management software is a plus!)
Based in the West Palm Beach area and comfortable driving locally (Greenacres, Lake Worth, Lantana, etc)
Enjoys working outdoors and being part of a collaborative team
Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
