We currently serve Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and are looking for a trustworthy and dependable inspector to join our expanding team. This role offers significant opportunities for growth.

The home inspection field has gained considerable respect, requiring skilled professionals to provide this crucial service to the real estate community. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and punctuality. Leadership abilities, teamwork, and compatibility with others are also essential. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, as you may be included in our company’s insurance coverage.

Comfort with technology, such as performing tasks on a tablet, taking photos, and writing reports, is necessary. Troubleshooting experience is a plus, and the ability to work in various weather conditions is important. The position involves physical activities such as lifting ladders, navigating attics and crawl spaces, and kneeling, stooping, standing, and climbing ladders.

Safeguarding tools and electronics is also required. While residential construction experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, and training will be provided to the right candidate.

Compensation is offered with pay per job, which increases based on meeting standards and performance. The role includes responsibility for thorough and complete inspection reports. Attention to detail, a focus on quality improvement, and the ability to incorporate feedback are important qualities. Meeting productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner, and striving for increased productivity are also expected.

A typical workday involves arriving at the home inspection 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, with a duration of 1.5-2 hours depending on the home’s size and potential buyer inquiries.

Currently all inspectors perform 8-14 inspections per week. Saturday’s are on rotation 1-2 Saturday’s per month.

• Hired applicants will receive paid training.
• Hired applicants will receive a take home company vehicle.
• Paid Vacations.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

A valid Home Inspector License is necessary, must be willing to work full time, open to early of late evenings and occasionally work weekends.

All inspectors on our team are averaging $88,000-$96,000 a year.
