Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Home Inspector who is professional, dependable, and eager to grow with our company in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday (Saturday Optional) position (9 AM – 5 PM) with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough residential home inspections according to company standards
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and real estate professionals
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Current Florida Home Inspector License (required)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Own basic inspection tools
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
