Florida Blue/A&B is Now Hiring Full Time 215 Licensed Insurance Agents.
This is a Commission only Position with Lead Support, Training and Access the Florida Blue events.
We have been in business for over 30 years and growing, this position will turn into a management position for those interested in Advancement.
Typical rep will re-enroll between 300-400 during the open enrollment alone, plus all the ancillary business. Ends up being a hug paycheck!
Our ideal Candidate:
- 240 or 215 Licensed Insurance Agent
- Be well Versed with Windows 10 & Office
- Detailed Oriented
- Outgoing personality, so to re-sell our existing clients
- Be able to assist clients with general issues and figure out a resolve
- Like to have fun at work!
- And lastly, you do not think Excel is a shirt Size 🙂
What you can Expect:
- Training on ACA (Under 65 Health Products), Medicare, Life Insurance, Annuities, Accident, Cancer, Hospital Indemnity etc.
- Convention Shows
- Complete CRM with automated lead follow up
- We send out Hand Written birthday on our agents behalf to all your clients on day one!
- Assistance with Medial Benefits, Dental and Vision Benefits
