Our insurance office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are seeking to fill a critical full-time position. The Customer Service Representative we are looking for will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and helping to answer any questions our clients may have. This person will be our renewal and retention specialist. They will look forward 30-45 days in order to help our agents anticipate those policies that are coming up for renewal with an eye for which policies may need to be re-marketed for a variety of reasons. Ideally, this person should have a working knowledge of the QQ Catalyst agency management system.
