Besides answering phones and greeting clients and new business prospects the following applies:
• Take quote information, prepare new business applications and present competitive options
• Service policies, assist with policy rewrites, non-renewals, cancellations requests and inquires
• Maintain client records
• Coordinate and communicate with insurance company underwriting, billing, and customer service departments
