Insurance Line One is seeking positive, energetic, and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast paced sales department. As an insurance sales representative you will work with a dynamic team of mutual sales representatives that share your desire to win. This position pays a competitive base salary with a commission structure. Our disciplined, proven successful sales process will help you in growing your career as an insurance sales representative.
We make the process easy for you- our CSRs focus on the paperwork, so all you have to do is focus on is selling and building relationships with your clients.
Licensed Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
• Develop positive working relationships with clients
• Ability to listen effectively and empathize with our clients
• Ability to close sales and cross sale additional lines.
• Rewrite policies as needed, present options to clients
• Assist clients with their Insurance Policy questions
• Obtaining quotes via our online quoting tool and submitting proposals
• Assist with obtaining underwriting approval
• Previous insurance sales experience at least 1 year (P&C Experience a plus, not a Must)
• Outgoing individual that we can count on to be at work all day, every day Monday-Friday.
• Must work well with others and be a positive influence in the office
Requirements
· Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
· Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
· Must be highly self-motivated.
· Problem-Solving Capabilities.
· Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license (440 or 220 license).
