We are looking for aggressive, self-sourced, realtor and builder-focused Loan Officers to join PMB and grow into strong sales leaders in their respective markets.

Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your primary responsibilities include:
· Go above and beyond for customers: Aspire to deliver world-class customer service
· Drive sales through service: Achieve sales and referral goals by developing a positive customer experience
· Build a book of business: Proactively seek ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to contribute to the branch success
· Maximize personal productivity: Desire to maximize personal productivity through attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability to achieve branch and personal goals
· Grow your own capabilities: Actively participate in opportunities to expand knowledge, influence, and interpersonal skills
· Works with and consults with the staff that does the paperwork for mortgage applications
· Communicates with customers to help them choose the best mortgage loan they can afford
Skills
· Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
· Solid understanding of lending products and practices
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
· Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
