We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
* A licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate in good standing
* A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
* Strong in communication, negotiation, and client service
* Knowledgeable of Florida real estate contracts and transaction procedures
* Committed to complying with all Florida real estate laws, Fair Housing requirements, and Brokerage policies
* Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
* Dedicated to protecting clients through ethical business practices
Responsibilities Include:
* Prospecting for buyers and sellers
* Listing and marketing residential properties
* Conducting buyer consultations and property showings
* Negotiating contracts
* Managing transactions from contract to closing
* Maintaining complete and compliant transaction files
* Representing the brokerage with professionalism at all times
