We are seeking a motivated and driven real estate agent to join our growing team at MVP Realty. Our brokerage offers agents the ability to keep 100% of their commission without sharing it with the brokerage, low monthly fees, and access to top-notch marketing tools and training programs. As a real estate agent at our brokerage, you will be responsible for helping customers buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to buy, sell, or rent properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate on their behalf
- Stay up-to-date on the latest real estate trends, laws, and regulations
- Utilize marketing tools and resources provided by the brokerage to attract new clients and promote properties
- Collaborate with brokers and other agents to support clients through every step of the transaction process
- Attend training programs and workshops to improve skills and stay competitive in the industry
Qualifications:
- Active Florida real estate license
- Strong sales skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology and ability to utilize marketing tools and resources provided by the brokerage
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
