Apartment Lease-Up Experts is looking for enthusiastic, motivated sales professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level. Our leasing experts are self-starters who are given the opportunity to travel all over the state to help property managers develop and implement leasing and marketing plans to help fill their communities quickly and effectively. We assign our leasing experts to communities where they will be the on-site leasing specialist for approximately 30-60-90 days. You will get a furnished corporate apartment and rental car if need be.

We offer:
- Aggressive Commission Plan.

Responsibilities:
- Professional present each property and all amenities in a positive and engaging manner to all prospective tenants.
- Act as the landlord for property owners when on-site and help to navigate the property market.
- Create and place advertising using a variety of media and promotional materials.
- Determine the needs and economic viability of prospective tenants.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a leasing agent.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing practices.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive marketing and sales experience.
- Customer service oriented.
