The only way you won’t be successful at Right Realty Connection is if you don’t get out of bed! The brokerage is set up for success. If you want to be full-time with us, we will provide you with a host of tools to aid in your success.

We provide at no charge to you:

• Office space and equipment for your use any time.
• The CINC platform includes, an IDX home search, a webpage custom-designed for you, a CRM system to keep on top of your leads, and EXCLUSIVE LEADS!
• We provide your business cards.
• Solar-lit PVC framed yard signs and flyer boxes for your listings, and open houses.
• Supra and combination lock boxes
• Right Realty Connection apparel & magnetic name badge
• E & O Insurance
• Contract to close assistance.
• Agent referral program.
• RRC email address.
• Direct access to two Brokers. Geoff at the Eustis office, & Bethany at the Leesburg office.

Commission splits are as follows:

• 85% to the Realtors & 15% to the Broker. Once your annual sales hit $4,000,000 you will go to a 90% / 10% split. This resets every January 1st. If you have, or obtain your Broker License, you will have a 90% / 10% split. You get paid at closing. No waiting for checks.
• The brokerage has a $350 Transaction Fee. $300 of this fee goes to the brokerage. $50.00 goes to an in-house savings account for you. When it is time for your MLS Dues, you can request your money. This fee is paid by your client: the buyer, or the seller, or both if you have both sides of any transaction. WE DO NOT CHARGE THIS TO VETERANS!!
